Refund Statement for Tori Elliott Illustration & Design 

This is a refund  statement from Tori Elliott Illustration.

No refunds can be given on printed goods.

Tori Elliott Illustration takes the following measures to ensure that you are happy with your printed items. We will ask for confirmation of printing before a print order is actioned, which agrees that you have checked the design for any spelling mistakes or final tweaks, this is your responsibility to check before confirming that you are happy.

If you are unhappy with your printed order, please contact tori@torielliott.co.uk

If the prints arrived damaged, misaligned, or physically poorer than expected, it may be possible for me to reprint free of charge and deliver these to you. In such cases, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage. In such cases you may not request edits to the design, it will only action a reprint request.

No refunds can be given on digital goods.

Tori Elliott Illustration takes the following measures to ensure that you are happy with your designs. We will work with you to produce the work required until you are happy, within a reasonable time frame of 3 weeks. If you are unsatisfied with the work produced after this time, you pay request a cancellation invoice.

  1. Cancellation prior to finished artwork being handed in:                            30% of quote

  2. Cancellation due to finished artwork being unsatisfactory:                      50% of quote

  3. Cancellation for any reason after all artwork is complete:                        75% of quote

The deposit paid is non-refundable but is transferrable within a 12 month window. By transferrable, this means to carry onto another project with me to the sum of the deposit amount paid.
